Classes

Class Name Description
Intro To Tumbling (ITC) Establishes strong foundation in technique for tightness and control. Skills that will be taught at this level are handstands, cartwheels, and round offs. No experience necessary.
Tumbling Level 1 Builds on foundation of tightness and control technique. Skills taught at this level include standing backhandspring, and round off backhandspring. 'Must be able to do a handstand and roundoff.
Tumbling Level 2 Teaches application of tightness and control technique for advanced tumbling. Skills worked at this level include multiple backhandsprings, standing tuck, and round off backhandspring tuck. *Must be able to do a roundoff backhandspring from the lunge position, and a standing backhandspring.
Tumbling Level 3 Round-off handspring tuck from a lunge and standing back-handspring series (2 or more)
Tumbling Level 4 Round-off back- handspring lay-out from a lunge and standing tuck.
Tumbling Level 5 A full is required for this class. The class will focus on DOuble fulls, standing tumbling to fulls, etc.
Flex and Strength A class for cheerleaders who want to take an extra step in developing their flexibility and body strength.
Flyer Class A class for cheerleaders who want to learn the fundamentals of flying for competition and college stunting. Working on all aspects of flying from beginners on up.
Cheerleading Class For beginners interested in learning the fundamentals of cheerleading. Come have fun while learning how to jump, cheer, tumble, and dance!
